The recent advertisement of Indian National Congress in Outlook India should be nominated for the joke of the year -"Women are forced to rely on the charity of the maika". Were it demonstrates the various provisions granted by Congress to Indian women to extort husbands and enchroach someone elses properties; And Congress wants women to return the favour in the election.

I gather maika is a woman’s home where she has statutory rights and to Congress and "Outlook India" that sounds like charity!!! In the past this right was given IN ADVANCE in the form of "DOWRY" by women’s family and after the enactment of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961, DOWRY became illegal and that resulted in ensuring the statutory rights of women on ancestral property. 

The basic reasons for failing the marriages are

a) Illicit/past relationships of wife
b) Mis-representation of women in order to get married
c) Disinterest of women to live with husband’s parents
d) Women’s unlawful demand of luxury beyond husband’s capability

What Advocate Geetha Lutra mentioned in the above mentioned advertisement may be ONE of the genuine cases that she mentioned in another article here "File dowry cases against HUSBAND instead of Divorce"  
where she says "Because a court-ordered divorce can take 15 years, women’s attorneys often advise them to file dowry or domestic violence cases against their husbands instead, says Geeta Luthra, a lawyer who works on divorce and other women’s issues. The criminal courts are equally slow, but the threat of being arrested and spending time behind bars while their lawyer argues for bail exerts pressure on men to settle. That’s unfortunate, Luthra says, because the "eight false cases" are making the one genuine dowry petitioner more difficult to believe."

In the west women will get the rights only on matrimonial-properties; that is only on those properties that she contributed. But India goverment ruled by Congress, has leagalised extortion and encrochment, instigated by WOMEN, through Domestic Violence Act!!!

Its high time for MEN to think whether
to THROW WOMEN OUT
      or
to NOT LET WOMEN IN

Congress has definitly EMPOWERED (over-powered?) WOMEN in its rule but at the cost of MEN’s fundamental rights to EQUALITY and there by the State has become a total failure in ensuring security to LIFE and PROPERTY of its citizens.
