'Bell Bajao' ties up with NDTV Imagine's Jyoti
We are pleased to announce that NDTV Imagine has joined hands with Bell Bajao to take up the cause of domestic violence via their popular show ‘Jyoti.’
It is praise worthy that TV show such as ‘Jyoti’ is taking up pertinent causes such as domestic violence.
‘Jyoti’ is the story of a strong independent young girl from a middle class Indian family. She is the only earning member of the family shouldering many responsibilities which she caries with grace and determination. Jyoti’s younger sister Sushma has been victim of domestic violence at the hands of her husband Brij. After several weeks of suffering, this news have reached Jyoti. Jyoti would now take a stand against this issue, and seek justice for her sister.
Watch the special episode on Tuesday, 20th October at 8.30 pm on NDTV Imagine where Jyoti talks about domestic violence and Bell Bajao campaign.

I am really happy with the news that NDTV Imagine is joining hands with BELL BAJAO. I deeply appreciate that Jyoti is working on dis domestic violence as been shown in the soap, she is putting all her efforts to help her sister Sushma to come from that evil. Jyoti has enacted a brilliant act & would really like to vote for her if required & stand by her if required. Great job JYOTI ! All the best !

First of all i would like to congrats to join with “Jyoti”. I m a regular viewer of Jyoti. I m from Nepal. I like ur concept to spread message through popular serial jyoti. Now a days i think this is the most powerful resource to convey message to each household and each people specially we women.
In Nepal, same incidents happen regarding women violence. So this is the only not a story of Indian women it is also Nepali women. As a nepali woman i want to give thanks to you all to raise our voice against women violence. We all are with u. Keep it up n keep going to raise the voice.

today while surfing i saw this episode of jyoti infact today i came to knw about this soap. im really very happy to see that our society specially media is taking a lot of action against domestic violence.thanks to media and these kind of organisations.

i really appreciate but i hate those who ignore these as our society is men power women has to suffer and this can at least bring the violence at a halt people who come forward can expect same for their daughter as i have suffered it a lot people only hear i really hop for success.

I would like to say Thanks this organization that is spreading this type of message among people by media, which is very worth full according time. And I have seen the Street play also in Lucknow…..that was also very well …some volunteers was spreading message into people by street play in a market that was very appreciable.

Jyoti is the story about the journey of a young woman who is the sole breadwinner of the middle class family, who sacrifices her dreams and aspirations to fulfill every need of her family. Jyoti gracefully faces all obstacles and does everything and more than any son could ever do. Despite disturbing incidents, Jyoti strives forward with her undying positive attitude and continues to shine, yielding light to the people around her. so must see serial “JYOTI’ on NDTV imagine…….

It is great that now Jyoti’ll be us, to use bell bajao so now we can increase communication through TV serials. It’s good that media also supports these kind of campaigns.
About Jyoti, she is a brave woman. I am a normal watcher of Jyoti, each girl must be similar to Jyoti……
